This Cava is the risk you have been looking for. Delicate with fresh red fruit aromas of rasberry, currant and grenadine. Crisp with a lingering cherry note on the finish. Great balance with a touch of sweetness.

1998 Pio Cesare Barbaresco Bricco, Piedmont, Italy-  Powerhouse but sensitive. This wine has sleek tannins and fine acidity. Very concentrated!

1997, Fonseca, Vintage Port, Portugal- "Petrus" of Port. This port doesn't need to say anything. It says it all just in the name! Floral, exotic and flamboyant bouquet this port is quick tempered with intense structure and heady alcohol.

2006 Charles Smith, Syrah, Royal City, Washington- Rich purple fruit, cedar, lead pencil and damp earth give this wine the best of human nature. Complex and well balanced.

Yes, would be the proper response. People born in the Year of the Rooster are generally always right. The are very devoted individuals and don't like being wrong or to fail. They are very emotion people usually swinging one way or the other, high or low. 
2005 Chateau Clos L'Eglise, Cotes de Castillon, France- Rich and dark aromas combined with complex flavors of blackberries, blue berries, cassis and jam make this wine very emotional. A mouthful and a must try vintage. One of the best Bordeaux years ever.

2002 Bergstrom, Pinot Noir, Willamette Valley, Oregon- The 2002 vintage of Oregon is considered one of the best years so far for Pinot Noir. A full-bodied wine with a lot of racy character displays rose petal, spice box, toast, incense and is packed with red fruit. This wine is sexy and has a lot of structure, depth and a lingering finish. A must have!
